Jan Hinzpeter combines more than two decades of IT and consulting experience with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented leadership style. His work focuses on digitalization, business transformation, ERP and SAP S/4HANA programs, project and process management, agile delivery and change.
He has worked in pharmaceutical, high-tech manufacturing, machine building and consulting environments and is accustomed to large, global and complex matrix organizations. His strength is bringing structure, communication and forward momentum to situations where many moving parts need to align.
